2. General information on data processing

I process personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory data protection regulations.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, e.g. name, email address or IP address.

3. Website hosting

This website is operated via the Wix platform (Wix.com Ltd., Nemal Tel Aviv St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel). For users in the EU, Wix.com Luxembourg S.à r.l. is the responsible contractual partner.

Wix provides the technical infrastructure. When the website is accessed, data is automatically collected and stored in so-called server log files.

This includes:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Date and time of access
  • Pages accessed

Images and files on this website are also delivered via Wix’s servers.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website)

Wix may also transfer data to third countries (e.g. Israel or the USA). For Israel there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission; for other third countries the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses are used.

3a. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are embedded locally and loaded from my own web space. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.

4. Domain management

The domain is managed via IONOS.

5. Collection of personal data

I process personal data when you:

  • visit my website
  • use a contact form
  • book an appointment
  • purchase a service
  • communicate with me

This includes in particular:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Payment data
  • Content of your enquiry or our collaboration

6. Getting in touch

If you contact me (e.g. by email or form), your data is stored in order to process your enquiry.

Legal basis:

  • Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures)
  • Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication)

For enquiries about an initial conversation I use a form on this website that is processed via Wix Forms. Your details are stored at Wix and shown to me so that I can process your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

6a. Feedback form and testimonials

After working together, you can give me a rating via a feedback form on this website. I process your star rating, your answers to the questions, the offer you used and the name under which you would like to be mentioned. The details are stored in Wix’s database.

If you additionally release a quote for publication, I may show it on this website as a testimonial under the name you have chosen. I check every testimonial beforehand and only publish what you have expressly released. You can withdraw this consent at any time by email to info@taura.one and I will then remove the testimonial.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving my offers) for the evaluation and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) for publication

If you give a good rating, the form offers to publish your feedback on Google as well. Only when you click this button are you redirected to Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google’s privacy policy applies there. Your text is only copied to your device’s clipboard and is not transmitted to Google by me.

7. Appointment booking

For appointment bookings I use the appointment scheduling of Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

After you have submitted the enquiry form, a booking calendar from Google is embedded on this website. It is only loaded after you submit the form. When it loads, Google receives technical data such as your IP address. When you book an appointment, you enter your name and your email address. Google adds the appointment to my calendar, creates a link for the video call via Google Meet and sends you a confirmation by email. Instead of using the embedded calendar, you can also open the booking page in a separate window via a link.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures)

Google may also transfer data to the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can find further information in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

8. Delivery of coaching and programmes

To deliver my services I process:

  • Contact details
  • Appointment and booking data
  • Content from conversations and coaching processes

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR

Special note on sensitive content: personal and emotional topics may be discussed in the course of our work together.

This information is:

  • treated in strict confidence
  • not passed on to third parties
  • used exclusively for the purpose of our work together

9. Communication

Communication takes place via:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Telegram
  • Instagram
  • Zoom
  • Google Meet

Personal data may be processed in the process.

Note on third countries: some of these services process data outside the EU (e.g. the USA). There is a risk that authorities may gain access to data.

9a. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn

On this website I link to my profiles on Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). The services are not embedded, so no data is transferred to them when you visit this website. Only when you click one of the links are you redirected to the respective network, where its privacy policy then applies.

9b. Email delivery and newsletter (MailerLite)

I use MailerLite to send emails after a self-check or for the journal and for the email about new blog articles. The provider is MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18, Ireland. MailerLite processes the data on my behalf under a data processing agreement. The data is stored in data centres in the European Union.

The following data is processed:

  • your email address and, if given, your first name
  • your result from the self-check
  • the time of sign-up and confirmation and the IP address used, as proof of your consent
  • whether and when you opened an email or clicked a link in it

If you would like to receive further emails from me after a self-check, you sign up for them yourself and confirm your address via a link in a first email. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@taura.one.

When you book the Emotion Training, Wix passes your email address to MailerLite. There you are marked as a member so that you no longer receive promotional emails for an offer you have already booked. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in an accurate contact list (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

MailerLite uses small images and redirects to record whether you open an email or click a link. This shows me which content is useful and helps me improve what I send.

For some services MailerLite uses providers outside the EU. Where data reaches the USA in the process, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your data is kept until you unsubscribe or object to the processing. After that I delete it, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

10. Payment processing and membership

You pay for coaching and programmes by bank transfer.

For the Emotion Training membership I use Wix’s subscription and payment function (Wix Pricing Plans). When you take out a membership, you are redirected to a Wix payment page. There your name, your email address, your payment data and the details of your subscription are processed. The payment itself is handled by the payment service provider offered there, which processes your payment data according to its own privacy policy.

For access to the members’ area, a member account is created at Wix in which your email address and your login details are stored.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract)

10a. TAURA app and reminders

After signing up, you can use the TAURA app at taura.one/community free of charge for two weeks. After that it is part of Emotion Training. For this you create a member account at Wix in which your email address, your login details and, if you provide it, your name are stored. If you sign in with Google, I receive your name and your email address from Google.

Your answers in the morning, midday and evening exercises are stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not transferred to me.

If you upload a profile picture in the app under “Profile” → “Your profile”, it is stored in reduced size in your member account at Wix and shown to the other members in Community next to your posts. If you voluntarily enter your date, time and place of birth there, these details are also stored at Wix. They are not visible to other members and I only use them to show you suitable content in the app. You can change or delete the picture and details there at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent)

In Community you can write posts, reply to posts and to the question of the week and react with “Been there” or “Thank you”. This content is stored in the Wix database together with your first name and, if available, your profile picture and is visible to all members with access to Community. If you choose “Without my name”, the other members only see “Anonymous” instead of your name and no picture. Technically the post remains linked to your member account so that only you can delete it. This is why I can see who it comes from. You can delete your own posts and replies at any time and take back a reaction by tapping it again. Questions you send me under “Your question for Olga” are seen only by me. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (use of the membership)

For the impulses and in the exercises you can record a voice note instead of writing. Your browser asks once for permission to use the microphone. The recording is stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device and is not transferred to me or to third parties. You can delete it in the app at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG

If you switch on reminders, your browser asks for your permission for notifications. To send them I use Firebase Cloud Messaging by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). For this, a random device ID, the times you have chosen, your time zone and the date on which you did your morning exercise are stored in a Google spreadsheet so that the reminder comes at the right time and only when needed. Google may also process data in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For the news in the app (live training, new recording, new impulse, replies to your questions and posts), your Wix member number, whether you have booked the emotional training, the day you started using the app, your language and which news you have switched off are also stored with the device ID. This way each message only reaches the person it is meant for. You can switch off the reminders and news in the app at any time or withdraw the permission for notifications in your browser.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the use of the app, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG for the reminders

If you switch on “Contribute anonymously to the group overview” under Profile in the app, I store the result of your Life Codex in a Google Sheet: the values for each life area and relationship deal, your area with the most tension, your strongest deal, your baseline, the date and your language. Your name, your email address and your individual answers are not stored. So that a new result replaces your old one, an encrypted ID is stored instead of your name, created from your member number and a secret random value. In the app I only see the total of all shared results, and only from three results on, never a single one. If you switch it off, your contribution is deleted immediately. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and, where information about your body is concerned, Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR.

If you come to me via a member’s referral link, I store your name, your email address and the code of the member who referred you when you sign up in the app. This allows me to thank them with a free month once you have booked Emotion Training. The member learns nothing about your booking or your data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest lies in running the referral programme.

10b. Recording of the live trainings

The emotional training takes place live via Google Meet. I record every session so that members can watch it later in the app. The recording includes the picture and sound of everyone whose camera or microphone is switched on during the session. I point this out at the start of every session.

You decide what of you appears in the recording. You can keep your camera off, choose a different display name and send me your question in writing beforehand, then I discuss it without your name.

The recordings are stored in my Google Drive (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). In the app they are only linked for members with an active membership and are played through the Google Drive video player. I do not publish them and do not use them for advertising. I delete them after twelve months. Google may also process data in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you do not want a part with you to remain in a recording, write to me at info@taura.one. I will then cut out that part or delete the recording.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future). Where you talk about your health during the session, Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR also applies.

11. Use of cookies and consent

This website uses cookies and comparable technologies such as your browser’s local storage.

I use technically necessary cookies so that the website works. These include:

  • bSession (Wix): ensures a stable session when visiting the website, stored for up to 30 minutes
  • client-session-bind (Wix): serves the security of the session, stored until the end of the session
  • taura-consent (local storage): stores your choice in the cookie banner until you change it or clear your browser storage

Legal basis for necessary cookies: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR

I only use technically non-essential cookies, for example for statistics or advertising, with your consent, which I obtain via the cookie banner. No such services are currently integrated on this website. Should this change, I will update this privacy policy accordingly.

Legal basis: § 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent)

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

11a. Anonymous count of the self-tests

For the self-tests I count how often a test is started and how often a result is shown. Only the name of the test, whether it was started or evaluated, and the date are stored. I do not set any cookies for this, store nothing in your browser and do not save your answers, your IP address or anything else that could identify you. The figures are stored with Wix (see section 3) and help me understand which tests are used.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving my offer)

12. Data storage (Google Drive & Sheets)

To organise my work I use:

  • Google Drive
  • Google Sheets

Client data is stored there.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR

13. Storage period

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

14. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access
  • Rectification
  • Erasure
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw your consent

Simply write to me at info@taura.one.

15. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is:
